Tom has spent most of his career in the housing sector and was Chief Executive of Southern Housing Group for more than 20 years. He joined our board in November 2017.

He is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Housing, a member of the Institute of Management, and a former Chair of the g15 group of London’s largest housing associations. In 2016, Tom became Chair of the City of Westminster Church Street Regeneration Futures Steering Group.

Tom chairs Look Ahead’s two subsidiary boards – Blythson Ltd (Proactive Development) and Kingswood Care Ltd.
