Look Ahead will today take over the delivery of the Heaney Lodge Complex Needs homelessness service in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC). This service will provide supported housing for socially excluded groups, which caters for up to 43 single adults with housing and complex support needs, means that Look Ahead is the sole provider of single homeless accommodation in RBKC.
Rosa Napolitano, Executive Director of Business Development and Innovation says: “We are really pleased to have won this contract and to be a key provider of these services in the Borough. We are looking forward to working strategically with commissioners and other partners in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. This joined up approach means that we are able to provide a range of recovery-orientated accommodation for people which, will allow them to work towards increased independence.”

Daniel Ferlance, Head of Homelessness at Kensington and Chelsea Council, said: “Single homelessness is a key issue in our borough and we welcome the opportunities that Look Ahead will provide for vulnerable residents in need of accommodation.
“Preventative services such as this are essential in tackling the causes of homelessness at an early stage and ensuring those at risk are able to access the support they need as quickly as possible.”
