This is the first year that we have reported against the standard and an important step forward in our ESG journey.
This report sits alongside our 2023 Annual Review, our diversity and inclusion update and our customer report, all of which contain great case studies and more detail about the work we are doing to deliver social value to our customers and communities.
Some of our key highlights for this report include:
- 0% gender pay gap
- Investment in ‘Love Your Home’ biodiversity projects for services
- 85% customer satisfaction
In reporting against the standard, Julie Blair, Executive Director of Corporate Resources says: “Although we are a housing association our main business is as a care and support provider. This means that unlike some larger housing associations we have very limited resources to invest in certain aspects of ESG such as placemaking.
Despite this we’re really proud of what we have achieved this year and how much we could report on. It has been a really exercise to report against the standard and gives us a real sense of what we need to focus on to move forward in our ESG journey.”
