As part of our onboarding and induction process, we would like for you to get a feel for us as an organisation; what is important to us, who we work with and support, and what you can expect during your time with us.
During your induction, you will read a number of policies. To help you in advance, we ask that you read some of them before you start – this will ensure that you and our customers are safe, and save you a lot of time once you are actually in your role. The policies you’ll need to read depend on your role.
A guide to your induction
To ensure that your induction is relevant to you, we tailor its content to your role. A lot of your induction will be led by your line manager, and will include learning on the job. There are certain training and e-learning activities that you will need to complete too, and you can find an outline of these below.
