Look Ahead are pleased to welcome Lauren Gable as our new Executive Director of Commercial and Growth. Lauren has previously held director roles across various NHS Foundation Trusts, including Cambridgeshire & Peterborough, Essex Partnership University, and King’s College Hospital, with portfolios covering finance, commercial, partnerships, legal, IT and estates.
As a chartered management accountant and legal professional, Lauren brings a wealth of experience including financial expertise, legal insight, and people-centred leadership to the Senior Leadership Team.
For Look Ahead she will lead on business development, business intelligence, commercial subsidiaries, acquisitions and partnership development.
Lauren said: “I’m delighted to join Look Ahead Care and Support. I look forward to working with colleagues and stakeholders to deepen partnerships, foster innovation, and enhance the impact we deliver for the people and communities we support.”
