Stratford Road is a bespoke gated development with three self-contained flats for people with high levels of need. Each flat has its own lounge, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and garden. All have been adapted to meet a range of needs, including anti-ligature fittings and technology, with two apartments with ground floor access.
About the support
Stratford Road provides 24 hour personalised support for individuals with high levels of need, often stepping down from hospital or secure settings. Stratford Road is staffed with specialist support workers trained in the Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) approach.
The team co-produce support plans in partnership with the customer and family, focusing on independence and empowerment.
