Horn Lane is a 14-bedroom semi-independent accommodation service, offering care, support and housing to young people aged 16-21.

- Co-production – Co-produced support and activities that reflect the young person’s interests and background, promote life skills and opportunities to socialise.
- Person-centred and trauma-informed approach – Horn Lane’s support offer embeds the principles of psychologically informed environments.
- Different support levels and living arrangements – These are based on the young person’s needs, e.g., two and four-bed flats.
- Own space – Each young person gets their own room.
- UASC Specialists – Specialist support for Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children (UASC).
