This Christmas, thousands of people across our communities face a season of hardship instead of joy.
People who’ve felt the bitter cold of the streets and the loneliness of homelessness. Individuals living with long-term mental health challenges, learning disabilities, or complex health needs. Young people stepping out of the care system, and children caught in the uncertainty of temporary housing or fleeing domestic abuse.
For many, the warmth and comfort we associate with Christmas—a hot meal, cosy bedding, a gift under the tree—are heartbreakingly out of reach. In may cases, we are their only source of support.
But together, we can change that.
