Transforming care for individuals with long-term hospital histories

Our specialist approach

We work closely with each person, their family and carers to co-produce support plans that reflect their goals—whether that’s building independent living skills, managing their home, or connecting with their community.

Our services are underpinned by Positive Behaviour Support (PBS), an evidence-based framework designed to improve quality of life and reduce behaviours that challenge. PBS is embedded across all our learning disability services and led by our dedicated Head of Positive Behaviour Support, who ensures consistency and quality across the organisation.

We also work in close partnership with NHS Trusts, Integrated Care Systems (ICSs) and local authorities to develop services aligned with national priorities such as the Building the Right Support agenda, helping people transition from long-term hospital placements into community-based homes with 1:1 or 2:1 support.

AnyBODY Can Dance

Our AnyBODY Can Dance programme is a cornerstone of our community-based support. It offers:

  • Weekly therapeutic dance workshops to over 150 customers with learning disabilities and mental health needs
  • Regular sessions with professional dance companies at external venues
  • Showcase performances that celebrate creativity, confidence and inclusion

These workshops promote physical wellbeing, emotional expression and social connection—helping people thrive and build confidence.

Building the Right Support

We deliver services aligned with the NHS Building the Right Support agenda, helping individuals transition from hospital or secure settings into safe, supported housing. These services offer bespoke property solutions and intensive support packages. Homes for Life.

We believe that the right home is the foundation for independence and well-being. That’s why we work with commissioners, clinicians and property partners to develop high-quality homes tailored to the needs of people with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities and sensory needs.

Our properties include:

  • Accessible layouts and adaptable environments
  • Space for staff to stay on-site, enabling consistent, 24/7 support
  • Integrated office and support areas to ensure seamless service delivery

These homes are designed to be long-term, stable environments where people can thrive and live full lives in their communities.

Transitional Services for Young Adults

Our Margery Park Road service in Newham supports young men aged 18–25 as they move from children’s services into adult life. Referrals are accepted from boroughs across London.

Registered Care

We provide CQC-registered care homes for individuals with learning disabilities and additional needs, including physical and sensory disabilities, long-term conditions, and mental health needs.

Supported Living

Most of our customers live in supported housing, with flexible support tailored to their needs. We offer both landlord-owned and externally managed properties, including floating support for those living independently.

Community-Based Day Support

Our day services offer a wide range of activities – from health and wellbeing to leisure and education – helping people stay active, connected, and engaged.
