E12 House 2 consists of three spacious self-contained flats. Each flat has a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, living room, and ample storage space. There is a communal garden offering a green space in an urban environment.
About the support
With self-contained accommodation, this service offers an environment where young people can develop their independent living skills whilst still having support on-hand. Staff offer floating support as needed and young people can also access the 24/7 support available at the nearby E12 House 1, which offers an extra level of reassurance and support as needed.
Staff are trained in trauma-informed approaches and have additional expertise around child exploitation awareness. The team co-produce support plans in partnership with young people, focusing on independence and empowerment.
