Rosa has more than 20 years’ business development, bidding and fundraising experience gained in the NHS and not-for-profit sectors. Before joining Look Ahead she worked at Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, delivering over £300m of growth, including substance misuse partnerships, and a remodelled CAMHS service with local voluntary sector partners, including Kooth and Barnardo’s.

Rosa was also involved in several successful technology bids and projects. including TIHM for Dementia, one of only two national Internet of Things pilots. This received medical device accreditation and supported people with dementia to live at home for longer. Rosa also supported the establishment of a digital technology hub at the University of Surrey with EM3 LEP funding.

Whilst working with Kent Surrey and Sussex Academic Health Science Network, she was part of a study tour to Finland and Estonia looking at importing the best of Scandinavian and East European healthcare technology into the UK.
