Guy joined Look Ahead in 2010 and has held a variety of senior operational roles across the organisation. Guy has overarching responsibility for Look Ahead’s care, support and property services as well as our subsidiaries.

A qualified social worker, he has more than 20 years’ experience in the housing,support and care sector, with particular expertise in homelessness, substance misuse and young people. He has held senior roles in a range of non-profit organisations that provide care, support, and general housing services; these include Foundation 66, BCHA and Streetscene.

In 2015 he completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Leadership in Housing and Homelessness, in partnership with the London Housing Foundation. Guy is also non-executive Chair of the charity, User Voice.
