If something's gone wrong or you have feedback to share, we want to hear from you.

We’re committed to delivering high quality services. We can only do this if we receive, listen to and act upon feedback from those that use or are affected by our services.

Whatever type of feedback you have, you can use our feedback form below to get in touch. You can also attach any file you feel may be is relevant to your feedback.


We’d also love to hear about where you have received an excellent service. This helps us to recognise where we are doing particularly well so we can share this with our other services.

Or if you feel that a particular staff member or team has gone above and beyond, you can also give them a well deserved pat on the back by nominating them for our quarterly Staff Awards. You can also do this through our feedback form below.

We always aim to deliver excellent services but we know that sometimes things can go wrong. We’re sorry that you have a complaint to make and it’s our priority to resolve this as quickly as possible for you.

In the first instance, we advise you to speak to the local manager of the service to which the complaint relates. They are usually in the best position to help resolve your concerns quickly.
