Victoria Stark CBE
Chief Executive
Victoria Joined Look Ahead in 1981 as Organising Secretary
and was appointed Chief Executive in 1986. Prior to this she worked for the Housing Corporation in regulation and for the Royal Association for Disability and Rehabilitation on housing policy. She was awarded the CBE in 2003 for services to homeless people
in London.

Liz Curran
Executive Director Finance
Liz joined Look Ahead in April 2000 and is a qualified chartered accountant. She began her career with Ernst and Young and since then has worked as assistant director of finance for a London NHS trust. Immediately prior to joining Look Ahead, she was deputy finance director of Circle 33 Housing Group, now Circle Anglia.

Chris Hampson
Executive Director Operations
Chris has been with Look Ahead since April 2000 and took up his Director post in April 2004. Chris began his career in local government and has worked for two inner London Local Authority Housing Departments. He has also worked in policy for the London Region of the National Housing Federation.

Valerie Raven-Hill
Executive Director Human Resources
Valerie joined Look Ahead in April 2004. Val's career as a human resources professional spans more than 20 years. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and holds a Masters Degree of Human Resource Strategy. She has held directorships and senior positions in major private sector blue-chip organisations within retailing, newspaper / magazine publishing and supply chain / logistics industries. She has also worked as an HR consultant to the private and public sector. |
