Our Apprenticeship scheme offers you a great opportunity to kick start your career in social care – getting paid while you build key experience and skills.

You will combine on-the-job training with accredited classroom based learning over the 12 month programme, leading to real experience and formal qualifications that will help you to progress your career in this sector.  

You will be able to select from a range of a customer groups to work with and will play a crucial role in our staff teams - helping our customers achieve their goals and move forward with their lives.
